Yeah, it's all part of hunting, I guess. If I had to do it over again, I would call less. My buddy couldn't see the bull from where he was, so he kept calling. He was obviously a smart bull, and I would have loved to take him with a bow, because he appeared to be in the 320 - 340 class, a trophy by my standards even with a rifle! Man, was I heartbroken when he ran off! I love elk hunting more than any other kind of hunting, and the challenge is part of the appeal for me. Do you still guide, Andrew?
